IN REGARDS TO COVID-19
To Our Valued Customers,
As we all are aware that COVID-19 is having a huge impact on our lives and businesses today, The health and safety of our customers and Ourselves are our utmost importance. Here at VN products facility (family owned business.) we want to share a few ways we are here to help maintain a safe environment for us all:
- We are cleaning the facility multiple times throughout the day with cleaning products approved by the CDC, frequent use of hand sanitizer, mask and glove use.
- We have made arrangements with our carriers USPS and UPS to not enter the facility, but instead pick up of packages outside without meeting face to face.
- We are in practice of social distancing to do our part to help prevent the spread.
- We are following the guidelines and recommendations given by our local, state, and federal gov. and closely monitoring the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC)
We continue to ship out orders as long as carriers remain working, however please be advised that due to the effect COVID-19 has had on businesses including carriers you may experience delivery speed slower than normal. Please contact carrier directly if need additional information other that shows on your tracking.
Please understand the sensitivity of covid-19 and its effect it has had on everyone. We will continue to do our part so that you may feel confident when shopping with us.
