1) Apply the cat eye gel (or black gel polish as base) and cure with UV/Led lamp
2) apply a second coat, place the magnetic stick close to the Nails for 10 to 20 seconds, move the stick slowly around making the design and pattern you want to achieve.
3)Cure with uv/led lamp
